How can I learn how to use Fast Pitch?
There are a couple of ways you can learn more about using Fast Pitch! and all of the features we offer. Take a Tour, Read our 'How To' Manual or call our dedicated support team.

Who are Fast Pitch! Members?
Fast Pitch! Members come from all over the world. The average age of a Fast Pitch! member is early 40's, slightly more females than males with about 85% currently based in the U.S. Most Fast Pitch! members are invovled in service-oriented businesses. Current trends however are showing more people coming from outside the U.S. and working in a broader spectrum of industries.

I forgot my Password. What should I do?
Visit our Password Retrieval Page. This may take a few minutes to reach you depending on how busy our servers are. Please be patient. Also, be sure to limit your password to no more than 10 characters. We encourage you to use a combination of letters and numbers. You can always change your password once you have successfully logged in.

How do I sign-up for Premium Membership?
Log-in to your account and click 'upgrade' on our website.

How can I upgrade my membership from Premium to Platinum
Visit the Upgrade Page and simply upgrade your account by completing the checkout process for Platinum. We will automatically cancel your Premium credit card order and activate the new Platinum subscription. If you have questions, call us.

When I login, it says my 'Account Has Been Suspended'. Why?
Chances are we are having difficulty processing your credit card. Perhaps the card we have on file has expired or your issuing bank has placed all future orders on hold for a variety of reasons. To re-active your account, simply re-upgrade your account by visiting the Upgrade Page and completing the payment process. Your account will be immediately activated.

How does the credit system work?
In order to view the contact information for another user, and/or make a connection, a credit must be used to reveal their information. Each time you connect with a user, a credit is deducted from your account. Premium Members are given 50 credits each month to make 50 connections. Platinum Members can make UNLIMITED connections.

How can I send my profile, press, blog, and events to multiple members?
Fast Pitch! allows all of our members the ability to distribute content directly to other members within the network. Send directly to 50,000 active Fast Pitch! members at once. This has proven to be the most effective way to promote events, distribute press and make introductions.

How do I use the Live Chat feature?
Visit the LIVE CHAT PAGE and click on the 'Chat' link below a persons profile. Type a message. This will launch a chat window on their computer. If they are interested in having a discussion they will reply. Make sure your pop-up blockers are temorarily turned off. Note: You can also take part in live audio and video conversations. Simply click the 'Send a/v' link on the chat window and enable your camera.
